Strive to be number one?
Today I am talking about games and what it takes to become number one, and what happens when you’re not number one! Now we go on the sports field and a vision of sport.

First, there is a recruitment agency. (This is where you are), then there is a bus (you)

Then there are the players (your referrals) and you Tryouts (your prospect)

Now that you know to be a sport to be successful, a large desk behind to take care of the money end of the transaction! (Your accountant, your financial adviser, the investor, lawyer, etc..) Receive only the best teams of trafficking more money, so they all jockey for number one.

You should not be different! Advertising takes a whole new meaning when you have the means to do so! Take for example the game of the Super Bowl. Look at how much is a 30 second clip is dropped into the mid-term break! Does this mean that on so important? Now we have this way, you and me and everyone in the USA! The same thing happens with other countries in different sports. Let us pause here for a few seconds.
Am I still thinking?

You’re a recruiter to put you in the best of the best in your team! How can you find them? You beat your head against a wall trying to get the bigwigs of the marketing of your referrals? No, you recruit the Bad News Bears or something, and the car will take them from last place and they form a winning team! And you continue to recruit! If recruiters get in the car then? Well, if you want, then confused right move forward! Here you right in. game of nations is to come, what is your business. They ask questions that require yes and no answers and sort all your leads and contacts.

Are you still in the picture? I want you all to understand one thing and one thing only. You have to learn from this group of people, how to change what does not work in your life to something, can we! What is needed is knowledge and understanding of the dedication and perseverance. It is more than the recruiter, but we are here to begin.

What kind of people you want in your business and what are the conditions to make the cut on the team? I say all this black Pam is one that I want in my team, they move in a direction that change is their life! As for the rest of you! They sit there like bumps on a log! I do not want this kind of a person in my team!

I want action and dialogue of people in my downline, not people who just stand there and say that I’ll do tomorrow! I wish you did not start recruiting today! Get your business plan, and move it! Pick up the phone or get out there and shake hands, make friends along the way!
