As I started my first business, I do not have a solid business plan seriously. I had a vague set, I used to request a bank loan (which I do not get it, actually). I am the best way to ensure that a company is successful it has been established to create a business plan. There is no need for pages and take days and days. Below, I created a business plan fast 30 minutes.
A good business plan helps you find what your business will cost about to take flight. You do not want on this presumption. Know your costs, you can decide what you charge. The business plan for 30 minutes below include information about your competitors. Forget it. One way or another, they exist, and you know they want to learn.
The last line will fail – most companies because they do not have a clear business plan IO. Do not make this mistake.
For those of you who have been in business for some time, do not believe that a company can not help you. Your business plan must be taken regularly, read and update.

- What exactly is your business? Explain in one or two sentences. (If you can not describe your business in a few sentences, you think about your business and focus your idea).
- Your business is in special need? make the list of reasons you think.
- Where do you see your company in one year? In three years? In five years? (Be specific.)
- How do you finance your business? The savings, credit cards, loans?
- What equipment and office supplies / licenses you need to start your business? Total cost?
- Which organizations and magazines do you need? Total cost?
- Who is your target audience? Describe them.
- What other companies are competing with you?
- What makes your business different from your competitors business? (The prices include quality, unique services, etc.)
- Where will you set up your home office? Does it cost me money to make a nice office feasible? Costs?
- If you care every day or once a week? Costs?
- How much money do you need to survive each month to help my family?
Again, this is only a partial list, but there are enough questions here to give you a good idea of what you’re facing a new business and the associated costs.
