Trying to define criminal law
We hear about law everyday whether we realize it or not. It is our government in our work, and even in our homes. One type of criminal law is the law, which is also known as criminal law. It is “The body of common law and dealing with crime and punishment of criminal law.”
In criminal law, there are four major theories of criminal justice:
- Repression
- Deterrence
- No
- Rehabilitation
This form of law is essential in many cases because it can distinguish between crimes of the civil injustice. Criminal law has been around for centuries, and is used as the base system to regulate the behavior of individuals and groups in relation to what is considered a social set of standards. This distinction between civil crimes, where is the difference between two individuals and their individual rights and obligations under the law, the verdict of the whole society.
An example of a civil case of a dispute between two persons have entered into an agreement they sell this car. In this case, a person will believe that you have violated the rights for the sale of cars just by the other party.
